Stijn van Vliet and Jasper Demollin, known as Streetlab, have never been into reading. However, as they approach their thirties, they are confronted with existential questions. As a result, they have decided to explore their mothers' bookshelves, which are filled with self-help books, and share their findings with lazy readers like themselves. By sacrificing themselves in this way, they aim to spare others from having to read. Self-help books are currently the top-selling books, suggesting that we have many questions but do we find the answers in these books? Stijn and Jasper discuss a different self-help book with a special guest in each episode, in their own accessible style. Through reading and conversing, they aim to sift through the nonsense and uncover the gems of the self-help world. Welcome to the club!
